• Ski and Snowboard mixed lessons are not possible as there’s only 1 instructor per group and the instructor will only teach either one during the session.
• Snowboarding lessons are from 7 years old and over.
• Considering the efficiency of technical improvement, we do not recommend lessons that mix people with different gliding abilities and physical strength. (Especially beginners, toddlers under 6 years old, adults and children)
• Children under 6 years old will be held in a separate group with a maximum of 2 people per group. For safety reasons, we highly recommend one-on-one lessons.
• Adults and children will not have lessons in the same group.
• Lift tickets and rental gear are not included in the lesson price. Please prepare by yourself before the lesson.
• For safety reasons, wearing a helmet is mandatory.
• You can choose the start time of the one-day lesson between 08:30 and 10:00. There is also a lunch break from 12:30 to 13:30, but is not included in the duration of the lesson.
• Customers have to be fully prepared and ready to go by the start time. Also, the lesson time cannot be changed or extended for any reason due to customer's convenience.
• All lessons start and end at the Ace family lift ticket center or .Base. If customers need to make any changes, please contact NAC directly.
• Please let us know in advance if you would like to participate in the lesson with people of different levels. In that case, adjust the pace to the one with the lowest gliding level.

• Rental snowshoes and boots are available for rental sizes up to 22-28 cm.
• Rental cross-country skis and boots are available for sizes up to 20-29 cm.
• Rental boots are limited in size. If the size does not fit, please use your own.
• The meeting place for Group Tour participants is only at NAC centre, and the meeting place for Private Tour participants are at .Base or our Moku no Sho.
• Tour time includes briefing, gearing up and travel time.
